Scott and Stephanie Fitzgerald, the founders of the professional management firm, S&S Fitzgerald Group, are dedicated to serving key executives and their leadership development needs.

Their 50+ years of combined executive-level experience enable them to deliver leadership training, custom facilitation, and executive coaching services that help generate exceptional results for their clients.

ABOUT SCOTT

Scott Fitzgerald’s diverse background shapes the skillful and inspiring delivery of his leadership training, custom facilitation and executive coaching. His 30-plus years of international leadership experience in corporate and military environments enable him to relate to and address the challenging opportunities that his executive clients face.

Prior to founding the S&S Fitzgerald Group, Scott served as a commissioned officer in the United States Army as an Aviator. He is a decorated combat veteran who knows the importance of planning, teamwork, flexibility and implementation in mission-critical situations. After leaving the military, he consistently exceeded business development objectives, created winning teams and nurtured enduring customer relationships. His career has taken him internationally to more than 100 countries as a senior executive in aerospace and defense for industry leaders such as General Electric (GECAS), Bell Helicopter Textron, Erickson Air-Crane, CHC Helicopter of Canada and Stevens Aviation.

In these leadership roles, Scott worked closely with domestic and foreign entities in commercial and government sectors. To support U.S. efforts to win the global war on terrorism and illegal drug activity, he interfaced with the United States Congress, the State Department, the Department of Defense and other government agencies.

Scott’s extensive hands-on domestic and international experience in sales and marketing enable him to create and lead diverse teams in complex selling environments. He earned his MBA from Texas Christian University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Furman University.

To support leaders and teams in understanding how they work, the challenges they face, and how to quickly bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be, Scott is a life-long learner and is currently certified:

  • In the ROI Coaching process that emphasizes Mental Model behavior, goal setting and accountability, as well as 360 assessment
  • As an administrator of the Golden Personality Type Profile (GPTP) which shares roots and philosophy with the Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator (MBTI)
  • At the Master Practioner level in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

Scott’s former colleagues and current clients describe him as an engaging and energetic speaker, facilitator and coach. Noted for his ability to facilitate change regardless of differences in cultural background, Scott uses a combination of operative listening and questioning skills, a no-nonsense communication style and good humor to help clients develop the necessary self-awareness that empowers them to lead from the heart, as well as the head.

ABOUT STEPHANIE

Since 1994, Stephanie Fitzgerald has designed and facilitated training to support company initiatives, improve results, standardize processes and enhance employee development to position her clients for future growth and change.

Serving as the director of training for three top staffing organizations in the United States, Stephanie has trained thousands of professionals during her career. Her extensive experience in developing and delivering practical, interactive and experiential curriculum for in-person workshops, webinars and online learning libraries enables her to engage trainees and provide them with meaningful learning experiences, as well as operational tools and reference guides that support lasting behavioral changes.

As a dynamic leader and facilitator, Stephanie has a natural gift for connecting with her audience, as well as “connecting the dots,” so people can truly understand, embrace and implement key concepts. She is approachable, engaging and consistently demonstrates genuine interest in gaining an accurate understanding of each client, so she can effectively customize any message and material for easier adoption and application.

Although many of Stephanie’s training opportunities have focused on the business skills and challenges of selling, customer service, talent sourcing, selection, management, teamwork and leadership, her creativity and coaching competencies also encompass life skills such as communication, conflict resolution, self assessment and mentoring.

Because her commitment to helping people grow and achieve their goals extends beyond the corporate arena, Stephanie has volunteered her services to non-profit organizations since the late 1990’s. Most notably, during a 12-year commitment with a non-profit organization in Dallas, she facilitated training for 5,000+ people, helping them identify and overcome barriers so they could fully realize their potential.
